2021 All NBA predictions

First team

G- Steph Curry

Steph Curry’s recent historic 10 game stretch has vaulted him back into the midst of the MVP conversation. He has been ridiculous this season and has kept the Warriors in the midst of the play in race, despite playing with no other all stars, in an extremely competitive Western Conference. For the season Steph is averaging a career high 31.4 points per game and making over 5 threes per game. With Steph, the Warriors are in the midst of the playoff race, without Steph the Warriors are one of the worst teams in all of basketball. The Warriors are 1-7 in the 8 games Curry has missed this season, and their offensive efficiency drops tremendously when he's off the floor. He is a two time NBA MVP and this might be the most impressive basketball we have ever seen him play.

G- Luka Doncic

Luka is one of the most gifted offensive players I have ever witnessed. He is averaging 28.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 8.8 assists per game for the season and has kept Dallas competitive in the West all season. Luka has improved his shooting efficiency this season and has been one of the most effective 4th quarter players all season.

F-Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis is having another dominant season. He is averaging 28.5 points per game. 11.4 rebounds per game, and 6 assists per game, while leading the Bucks to a top 3 seed in the Eastern Conference. Voter fatigue has pulled him out the MVP front runner debate, but he is still having an extremely impressive season

F- Kawhi Leonard

Kawhi has been playing great basketball all season long. Averaging over 25 points 6 rebounds and 5 assists per night, Kawhi has the Clippers near the top of an incredibly tough western conference. He is scoring at a very efficient rate while maintaining his status as one of the toughest defenders in the league. Although he has missed 13 games already this season he has been consistently one of the best players in the NBA when out there.

C- Nikola Jokic

Nikola Jokic is having an MVP season. The best passing big man the NBA has ever seen is averaging 26 points, 11 rebounds, and nearly 9 assists per game. Not only do his stats look ridiculous on paper, but he is also leading the NBA in many advanced stats such as win shares, player efficiency rating and value over replacement player. Jokic hasn't missed a game yet this season and he has the Nuggets in a top 4 seed in the West playoff picture.

Second Team

G- Damien Lillard

Damien Lillard has put the Blazers on his shoulders this season. With CJ Mcollum and Jusuf Nurkic missing a lot of games, Dames stellar play has kept them in the Western Conference playoff race. He is averaging 28.5 points and over 7 assists per game this season.

G- James Harden

James Harden has been phenomenal all season long. He has really been the driving force for the Nets success for the majority of the season, especially considering how much time Durant has missed. James Harden has played his role to perfection all season long. The 3x NBA scoring champion has taken over as point guard and is leading the league in assists at nearly 11 per game.

.

F- Lebron James

Lebron was having another great season prior to his ankle injury. He was Averaging 25 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists while keeping the Lakers as one of the best teams in the West until he went down. Lebron would easily be on the 1st team if he hadn't missed so many games.

F- Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant has missed a lot of games for Brooklyn this season, but he has been remarkable in the games he's played in. He is the one the most efficient scorers in NBA history and can beat you from all levels offensively. He has been unguardable in the 25 games he's played in, averaging nearly 28 points per game on a ridiculous 55% from the field and 46% from three.

C- Joel Embiid

Joel Embiid is having the most impressive campaign of his career so far. He would likely be the MVP if he didn't miss 19 games due to a knee injury. He is on pace to become the first center since Moses Malone in 1982 to average at least 30 points per game for a season. He has been dominant all season long and has Philly in 1st place in the East.

Third Team

G- Donovan Mitchell

Donovan Mitchell has been the best player for the best team in the league all season long. He has blossomed into an elite scorer averaging 26 points per game to go along with 5 assists and nearly 5 rebounds. When Utahs offense breaks down Donovan consistently bails them out with his ability to create for himself and make tough shots. He has been reliable all year, and until his recent ankle sprain he has been very durable.

G- Chris Paul

Chris Paul seems to turn every team he goes to into a contender. The suns haven't made the playoffs in a decade and he has them fighting for the best record in the NBA this season. He has transformed the culture in Phoenix and has them primed to make a deep post season run.

F- Julius Randle

Julius Randle has brought the Knicks back from the dead. He is having one of the best turn around seasons in NBA history and deserves the Most Improved Player award. The Knicks have won 9 of their last 10 and are in sole possession of the 4th seed in the East. He leads the Knicks in scoring, rebounding, and assists with 24, 10, and 6 respectively. He has also turned into very effective defensive player. His improvement from last season is remarkable.

F- Zion Williamson

Zion has fully established himself as one the best slashers in the league. He is averaging 27 points and 7 rebounds on a ridiculous 61% from the floor. The only other player in NBA history to average 25 points on 60% from the field was Kevin Mchale in 1986. Zion is already making history in his 2nd NBA season

C- Rudy Gobert

Rudy Gobert is the most dominant defensive player in the NBA. He leads the league in almost every defensive metric. With Gobert on the floor, the Jazz are almost 16 points per 100 possessions better than the opposition. When he is off the floor, they are two points worse than the opposition. He also leads the league in total rebounds and is 2nd in blocks per game.

Just missed the cut:
